Traditional mum groups have their place. But if you’re getting a bit tired of talking about your child’s bowel movements and sleeping patterns and want a chance to recapture a bit of what came BB (before baby), then give Mama Collective Manchester a try.

We run all sorts of city centre-based events designed to help out mamas in one way of another – things like workshops on how to start your own business, talks from inspiring mums who are killing it at achieving the perfect work-life balance, and meet ups where you can chat about different issues surrounding modern motherhood.

(And there’s no need to badger anyone to babysit as your mini-me’s are welcome at almost all of our events too.)

Because making the effort to stay stylish, remain ambitious and pursue your passions doesn’t make you a bad mum – it just make you a happier one.
